## Opis

Records who did what on the site — content published or deleted, users created,
roles changed, plugins switched on — with the address it came from.

 * Content published, updated, unpublished, trashed and deleted for good
 * Media uploaded and deleted, with the file name
 * Sign-ins, sign-outs and failed sign-ins
 * Users created and deleted, and role changes with the old role and the new one
 * Plugins activated and deactivated, themes switched
 * Changes to the settings worth watching — site title, address, registration, default
   role
 * Revisions, autosaves and menu items deliberately ignored, so the log stays readable
 * Filter by action, by user, or search by name, user or address

Fully translatable. Translations are handled by translate.wordpress.org,
 so no
language files ship with the plugin.
