Mark any product as a donation, and completed orders produce receipts. Free features: * Sequential receipt numbering, per year and gap-safe, so the books survive an audit * Templates that follow the rules where you are: a US acknowledgment using Publication 1771 wording (§170(f)(8)), or a German Zuwendungsbestätigung laid out to the amtliches Muster for Geldzuwendungen * PDFs are built on your own server, so donor data never leaves your site * Optional email to the donor with the PDF attached * A donor ledger you can search and filter by year, with download, regenerate and CSV export Built for the people who actually do this work: church and nonprofit treasurers, Vereinsvorstände, and the volunteer who inherits the January pile. #### Für deutsche Vereine und Kirchengemeinden Receipt Steward erstellt Spendenbescheinigungen, auch Zuwendungsbestätigung oder Spendenquittung genannt, nach dem amtlichen Muster für Geldzuwendungen (§ 10b EStG). Gedacht ist das Plugin für gemeinnützige Vereine, Stiftungen und Kirchengemeinden, die Spenden über GiveWP oder WooCommerce entgegennehmen. Die PDFs entstehen auf Ihrem eigenen Server. Spenderdaten verlassen Ihre Website also nicht, was für die DSGVO und für kirchliche Vorgaben wie DSG-EKD und KDG wichtig ist. In a protected folder inside your WordPress uploads directory, on your own server. Nothing is sent to any external service. ### What happens to receipts if I delete the plugin? They are kept. Receipts are your organization's tax records; uninstalling removes settings only. ### Does the German template follow the official Muster? The layout and wording follow the amtliches Muster for Bestätigung über Geldzuwendungen(§ 10b EStG), including Betrag in Buchstaben and the Haftungshinweis. Before you issue any real receipts, check your Freistellungsbescheid details in Settings and have your Steuerberater or Finanzamt look over a sample.
