Januara 2024. 11 replies This plugin used to work okay and they reacted on my issues. After the last update they removed the possibility to write profile, the translated version didn't work anymore and it's basically impossible to create a working family tree. I've reported this issue on their site in september and haven't had a statisfying response since(" our tech team is working on it"). I'm afraid this was a waste of money. The creator of this plugin started a new plugin called WP Genealogy. It isn't clear to me how this relates to this plugin. Oktobra 2023. 1 reply I exported a GED file from Ancestry and was able to import it using this plugin but it didn't create a useable chart. I only remembered I had this because they sent a renewal email, thankfully. I tested it one last time, same result, so I canceled. Jula 2023. after buying their "extended options" didn't work and NO SUPPORT. The "money back guarantee" is a fake; they never turned me back my 80€ expended.
