Appears to be abandoned by the author.
This is a good plugin when it was fully functional, but I've found that it has aged out and is identifying issues that don't exist. The concept was excellent when it was being maintained, but the author has abandoned it.

My client site suddenly broke for no apparent reason. Digging in to the logs, voila! this plugin was the culprit!!!
I tried to update our WordPress version but this plugin is stopping us… finally i found an alternative solution!
