Bootstrap Contact Form is a wordpress plugin that easily creates contact forms in Swedish and English, styled by Twitter Bootstrap.
The plugin is styled by using Bootstrap classes such as “form-control”. It accessible and the input is validated using both HTML5 and PHP before being sent to your specified e-mail.

Setup page in Wordpress admin, under settings -> Bootstrap Contact Form
Instalacija
- Upload
ma-bootstrapcontactformto the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Go to the Bootstrap Contact Form page which has now been created (Settings Bootstrap Contact Form).
- Enter the e-mail to where you want the messages to be sent to.
- Include the shortcode in your posts, pages or anywhere else!
