Opis
Edel Go Redirects lets you create short, memorable links on your own domain, such as https://example.com/go/course, and redirect them to any URL. Each redirect is counted, so you can see which link is used the most.
Typical uses:
- Put a short link in a book, a slide deck or a printed flyer instead of a long affiliate URL
- Use a different slug for each place you share the same destination (website, social media, email) and compare the counts
- Change the destination later without editing the book or the post that contains the link
Features:
- Add, update and delete links from Tools > Go Redirects
- Redirect count per link, with a reset button
- Change the URL prefix (default
go) if the path is already in use - Links can also be added from code with the
edel_go_linksfilter - No custom database tables. Everything is stored in three options and removed on uninstall

Instalacija
- Upload the
edel-go-redirectsfolder to/wp-content/plugins/, or install it from Plugins > Add New Plugin. - Activate the plugin.
- Go to Tools > Go Redirects, enter a slug and a destination URL, and click Save link.
- Open
https://your-site.example/go/your-slugto test the redirect.

Does it need pretty permalinks?

Yes. The plugin matches the request path, so permalinks must be set to anything other than “Plain”.

What if I already have a page at /go/?

Change the prefix in Tools > Go Redirects > Settings. For example, set it to
land your links become/l/slug. -
Can I add links from code?

Yes. Use the
edel_go_linksfilter:add_filter('edel_go_links', function ($links) { $links['docs'] = 'https://example.com/docs/'; return $links; });Links added by code are shown in the table but cannot be deleted from the screen.

Is the redirect permanent (301) or temporary (302)?

Temporary (302), so that browsers keep asking the server and every visit is counted.

Is the plugin available in my language?

The plugin is translation ready. A Japanese translation is bundled. Other translations are managed on translate.wordpress.org and are installed automatically when they are available for your site language; a language pack from translate.wordpress.org takes priority over the bundled file.
