Follow the instructions below to manually install this plugin:

customizer-refresh.zipfile from this page. -
Login to WP admin, go to Plugins and upload the file to your site.
After you've installed this simple plugin, a refresh icon will have been added to the top of WP Admin > Appearance > Customize.
